  1. Cheesy Spinach
  2. 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thaw and well drained
  3. 2 cups (16 oz. ) small-curd cottage cheese
  4. 1 1/2 cups cubed process American cheese
  5. 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  6. 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cubed
  7. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  8. 1 tsp. salt
  9. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased slow
  10. cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hr. Reduce heat to LOW; cook 4-5
  11. hrs. longer or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
