  • 2-16 oz pint(s) Sour cream
  • 2 can(s) Cream of chicken soup
  • 2-2 lb bag(s) Frozen Hashbrowns - Southern style potatoes
  • 4 cup(s) Sharp cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup(s) Onions Diced
  • 1 cup(s) Butter Melted
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 cup(s) Cork flake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup(s) Butter Softened


  1. 1. Partially thaw hash brown potatoes in microwave oven

  2. Dry ingredients:
  3. 2. In large mixing bowl, combine hash brown potatoes, shredded cheese & diced onions
  4. 3. Add salt & pepper to taste

  5. Wet ingredients:
  6. 4. In seperate large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup & melted butter
  7. 5. Add salt & pepper to taste

  8. 6. Combine both wet & dry ingredients thoroughly
  9. 7. Place mixture in aluminum roasting pan

  10. Topping:
  11. 8. Combine corn flake crumbs & softened butter with fork
  12. 9. Sprinkle topping on top of mixture

  13. 10. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
