  • 2 cup(s) Orange juice
  • 1/2 cup(s) Honey
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Kitchup
  • 1 Ginger root sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) Tamarind paste
  • 1 package(s) Chicken wings
  • Enough oil to brush wings
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Allspice
  • 1/4 cup(s) Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chili powder
  • pinch(s) Salt
  • pinch(s) Black pepper


  1. Bring first five ingredients to a boil and reduce. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl then set aside. Brush chicken wings with oil and season with dry ingredients. Grill or bake chicken wings until done. Remove wings and toss with strained tamarind reduction. Garnish with cilantro and thyme.
