  • 6 med. Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/4 C. Water
  • 1/4 C. Butter
  • 1-1/2 C Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 t. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. Salt
  • Lg. Marshmellows


  1. Bake Sweet Potatoes at 350 until soft (not mushy). Peel after baking

  2. Combine butter, water, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in skillet - Bring to Boil.

  3. Add Sliced potatoes to coat with syrup. Place in baking dish-pour leftover syrup over potatoes. Add marshmellow on top last 10-15 minutes until browned.

  4. Can make ahead and heat to serve.
