  • 1 cup(s) Liquid Smoke
  • 1 cup(s) Wishishere
  • 1/4 cup(s) Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup(s) Water
  • 1 dash(es) Pepper


  1. Bring ingredients to a boil then turn down and allow to simmer for 20 minutes
  2. Cool completely
  3. In an oven bake bag, Place brisket and pour cooled marinade into bag
  4. Marinate all night and turn if possible
  5. Remove from bag and seer on grill (if you have one)
  6. Get a new oven bag and cook brisket on 275 for 3 hours
