  • 1 cup(s) fruit, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup(s) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) milled flax seed
  • Ice optional


  1. Throw everything in small blender and blend.

  2. If you can get past the grit of flax seed this smoothie really stays with you all morning long with no spikes.
