  • 2 stick(s) butter
  • 2 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 2 whole(s) eggs
  • 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 2 cup(s) flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) almonds sliced
  • 2 cup(s) rolled oats
  • 12 -16 ounce(s) raspberry preserves


  1. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until well mixed. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix until ingredients are combined. Mix in nuts and oats - dough will be very stiff. Press half the dough into a 13 x 9 greased pan. Spread the raspberry preserves evenly over the dough. Drop the remaining dough on top in small chunks. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
