Blueberry pie bars
- 1-1/2 cup(s) flour
- 3/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 3/4 cup(s) unsalted butter chilled
- 2 eggs large
- 1 cup(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) sourcream
- 3/8 cup(s) flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) almond extract
- 16 ounce(s) fresh blueberries
- Make crust then press into bottom of 8x8 pan reserving 1 and a half cups to place on the top. whisk filling together and spoon ontop of crust.
