  • 10 slice(s) bacon cooked, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounce(s) cheese Swiss, Cheddar, Feta, whatever you like
  • 1/2 cup(s) French fried onion rings
  • 1 package(s) frozen pie shell thawed


  1. Beat eggs, Add other ingredients and place in frozen pie shells.
  2. Add whatever vegetables and meats you'd like such as:
  3. spinach,
  4. broccoli,
  5. asparagus,
  6. tomatoes,
  7. carmelized onions
  8. peppers,
  9. Any meats can be substituted for the bacon,
  10. ham,
  11. cooked sausage,
  12. cooked chicken
