Ingredients

  • 500g gallon(s) Ladyfingers, Washed and Sliced Thinly
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Bengal Gram Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cumin Powder
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Step 1: Put the bhindi in a large bowl and gently mix all the spices as red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, mango powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well

  2. Step 2: Now add Bengal gram flour in the bowl and combined well. Keep it aside for few minutes
