  • 1, 6 ounce(s) package semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup(s) butter
  • 1/4 cup(s) water
  • 4 egg yolks slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoon(s) powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla


  1. Heat chocolate, butter and water in double boiler over medium heat until blended. Cool slightly. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Chill about 45 mins.
