  • 2 cup(s) berries
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter melted


  1. Cobbler: Mix berries, cinnamon, lemon juice in greased baking dish

  2. In separate dish mix flour, sugar and baking powder, add milk and butter, mix and spoon on top of berries

  3. Make topping: mix sugar and 1 tbsn cornstarch, sprinkle on top of cobbler

  4. Pour 1 cup boiling water over entire cobbler

  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
