  • 1 cup(s) Bisquick
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1/4 cup(s) milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) sour cream (can use light)


  1. In a 8-9" square pan, blend 1/2 to 3/4 C sugar (depending on sweetness of berries) and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch into 1 qt of blackberries or raspberries. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter over berries. Heat berries in microwave for 4-5 minutes (depending on microwave wattage) Remove from microwave and drop spoonfuls of dough onto top of hot berries. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-23 minutes.
