Beer Battered Catfish Nuggets

  • 2 cup(s) flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
  • 2-1/2 tablespoon(s) Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 can(s) (12 oz.) beer
  • 1 teaspoon(s) hot sauce
  • 2 Catfish filets cubed


  1. Combine dry ingredients. Whisk in beer until smooth. Cover and chill for one hour.

  2. Coat catfish with batter and deep fry until golden brown.
