  • 5-6 pound(s) tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup(s) burgundy wine
  • 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley
  • 1 tablespoon(s) paprika
  • 1/3 cup(s) tarragon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) beaumonde


  1. Combine and marinate for 2 or more hours. Broil 20 minutes each side .Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 350.
