  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1 can chopped tomatos
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 10 tortillas
  • 2 cans red Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 to 1.5 cup shredded cheese


  1. Brown hamburger, onion, pepper. Add seasoning. The tomatos are optional and can be added in right before the seasoning. Pour 3/4 of a can of sauce and 1/2 cup of cheese into beef mixture. Fill tortillas and place in dish seam side down. Top with the rest of sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
