  • cake flour


  1. Dough
  2. 2 c flour
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2T olive oil
  5. 1Twater

  6. process in food processor (knead)
  7. when it forms a ball, remove and wrap tightly in plastic wrap, let rest at least 1 hour.
  8. divide into 4 sections
  9. start with level 1 on pasta qeen, dough will be dry. Run it through that level about 5 times, till dough is plyable. contine to decrease levels untill you get to level 6. make ravioli...

  11. 1 small onion
  12. 1 small stalk celery
  13. 1 small carrot
  14. 12oz Italian Sausage (can omit sasage for cheese ravioli)
  15. italian seasoning
  16. 1 c ricotta (drained)
  17. 1/4 c parmesan
  18. 1/4 c parsley

  19. remove sausage from casing, mix with wine
  20. saute finely chopped veggies and sausage , set aside to cool
  21. add ricotta parm and parsley and seasonings.
  22. mix
  23. place on dough, boil till they come to top of pot, serve with tomato pasta sauce.

  25. 1 small onion
  26. 1 small stalk celery
  27. 1 small carrot
  28. 4 oz finely chopped ham (use food processor)
  29. 1 c ricotta (drained)
  30. 1/4 c parmesan
  31. 1/4 c parsley
  32. nutmeg

  33. saute finely chopped veggies , set aside to cool
  34. add ricotta parm and parsley ham and a dash of nutmeg
  35. mix
  36. fill ravioli let dry abot 2 hours then freeze or cook ..boil till they come to top of pot, about 4-6 mintes serve with alfredo sauce.
  37. Let defrost slightly before boiling.
