  • 3/4 cup(s) apple sauce
  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 cup(s) zucchini
  • 2 teaspoon(s) soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cloves
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 3 cup(s) flour
  • 2/3 cup(s) raisins
  • 2/3 cup(s) nuts


  1. Mix together oil, apple sauce and sugar. Mix in eggs and egg whites. Mix in dry ingredients and pour into two bread pans.
