  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 4 T garlic powder
  • 4 T soy sauce
  • 2 T dried basil
  • 2 T Cajun seasoning
  • 1 T Tabasco
  • 1 t. rosemary
  • 3 pounds shrimp 21-25
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 3 oz Jack Daniels
  • 4 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T Black pepper
  • 2 T chopped chives
  • 2 T parsley
  • 1 t. dried thyme
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced


  1. Oven 375. In heavy bottom saute pan, heat butt and olive oil over medium high heat. Combine all remaining ingredients and blend well into butter mixture. Cook 2-3 minutes. Place shrimp in large baking pan with 1 inch lip. Pour melted butter mixture on top of shrimp and coat evenly. Cook 3-5 minutes until pink/curly. Turn one time, baste well and cook 3-5 more minutes.
