  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1/2 c vanilla yogurt
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 3-4 lg. bananas, mashed
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 2 cup(s) flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon


  1. Creamm butter. Add sugar and egg yolks; mix well. Sift flour, salt and soda together; add to butter mixture alternately with bananas. Mix well. Add nuts; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Line greased loaf pan with waxed paper. Spoon batter in to loaf pan; smooth top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
