- 2 1/2 lbs ground pecans or walnuts
- 2 Cups Sugar
- milk just to moist
- 4 Cups Flour
- 1lb Margarine
- 1 16oz small curd cottage cheese
- Roll the dough out on a flour counter. Cut in squares. Put the nut filling in and scrunch the dough together. Bake at 350 degrees until tan. Roll in powdered sugar.
