  • Filling:
  • 2 1/2 lbs ground pecans or walnuts
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • milk just to moist
  • Dough:
  • 4 Cups Flour
  • 1lb Margarine
  • 1 16oz small curd cottage cheese


  1. Roll the dough out on a flour counter. Cut in squares. Put the nut filling in and scrunch the dough together. Bake at 350 degrees until tan. Roll in powdered sugar.
