  • 3 tablespoon(s) Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Butter Melted
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic Finely Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dried parsley flakes


  1. 1.Preheat Oven 375
  2. 2.Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  3. 3.Rinse fish under cool water, pat dry with paper towels
  4. 4.Place fillets in baking dish, pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle butter on top, sprinkle with garlic, parley, lite pepper
  5. 5.Bake in preheated oven until the fillets are white and flakey....about 30 minutes
