Bacalhau com broa e espinafres

  1. 1. Cozer bacalhau e em seguida desfiar.
  2. 2. Fazer refogado de cebola, alho, azeite, sal e pimenta e alourar o bacalhau.
  3. 3. Fazer refogado de azeite e alho, adicionar espinafres, temperar com noz moscada, sal, pimenta e leite.
  4. 4. Desfazer broa.
  5. 5. Num pirex por por camadas: primeiro espinafres, depois bacalhau e finalmente broa. Adicionar fio de azeite por cima.
  6. 6. Levar ao forno.
