Avocado-Ranch Dressing

Toss with a salad of romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, and toasted pumkin seeds.

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 C ranch dressing
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1/4 C fresh lime juice
  • 2 t hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/4 t garlic powder


  1. 1. Cut avocado in half; scoop pulp into a food processor.

  2. 2. Add 1 C Ranch dressing and remaining ingredients to food processor. Process until avocado mixture is smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
