  • 1 container(s) 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 cup(s) shredded chedder
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion small finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 2 cup(s) crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 cup(s) melted butter


  1. Stir together first 6 ingrediants
  2. Spoon potato mixture into a lightly greased 13x9" baking dish. Sprinkle with conflakes and drizzle with butter
  3. bake 325 for 1 hr 20 min or until bubbly
