Ashley's Chocolate Lasagna

It's like a chocolate eclair lasagna

  • 2 box(es) instant French vanilla pudding
  • 1 container(s) cool whip (I think 16oz)
  • 3 cup(s) milk (I use 2%)
  • 1 box(es) graham crackers


  1. Butter 10x14 (ish) deep pan

  2. In large bowl mix pudding and milk and then slowly add cool whip. Mix

  3. Layers:

  4. Graham cracker layer
  5. 1/2 pudding mix
  6. Graham cracker layer
  7. 1/2 pudding mix
  8. Graham cracker layer
  9. (Icing)

  10. Icing:

  11. 2 oz melted unsweet choc (I use Baker's squares)
  12. 2 tablespoon corn strip
  13. 2 tablespoons of softened butter
  14. 1 tsp vanilla
  15. 3 tablespoon vanilla
  16. 1.5 cup of powdered sugar

  17. Melt chocolate and then slowly add remaining ingredients in a pan that is already warm to help melt the rest of the ingredients together. Add powdered sugar last

  18. Let set in fridge overnight or until graham crackers are soft (at least 12 hours)
