Arugula Salsa Verde

This brilliant green, slightly spicy sauce is great with grilled meats of any kind.

  • 2 piece(s) anchovies
  • 2 cup(s) Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon(s) capers
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 lemon


  1. Chop the arugula, and capers. Smash the anchovies with the back of a knife. Add all ingredients in a blender. Make sure you use the lemon juice and zest some of the peel. This is going to be the consistency of pesto. Enjoy!
