Annie's Favorite Marinade

Anti-cancer grilling marinade. Excellent flavor for both chicken and beef.

  • 1/2 cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) cider vingar
  • 3 clove(s) garlic crushed
  • 3 tablespoon(s) grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt


  1. 1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup of marinade for basting. Add the meat and remaining marinade to a plastic zip top bag and refrigerate at least 15 minutes, coating all sides.
  2. 2. Grill as desired, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
