Leftover roasted turkey will last up to 4 days, tightly wrapped, in the refrigerator. Substitute a favorite bread, such as sourdough or brown sugar-cinnamon for the raisin-walnut, if desired. 2 slice(s) raisin-walnut bread, lightly toasted
2 tablespoon(s) chive cream cheese
3 ounce(s) roasted turkey, thinly sliced
1. In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
2. Spread the bread with the cream cheese. Form a sandwich with the turkey and bacon.
