Turkey Pumpkin Chili

Turkey Pumpkin Chili

This has begun to be referred to as "harvest chili" in our house. I make sure to stock up on pumpkin when it's in season, because we will never go back to making regular chili.

  • 1 pound(s) ground turkey
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped

  • 1 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 15 oz. can(s) pumpkin puree
  • 14.5 oz. can(s) diced tomatoes with liquid
  • 8.75 oz. can(s) whole kernel corn with liquid
