Simple Sauteed Spinach

  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce(s) baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 pinch(s) kosher salt

Preparation

1. Heat the olive oil in a saute pan with deep sides over high heat.

2. Add the spinach all at once and sprinkle with the kosher salt.

3. Use tongs to aggressively turn and stir the spinach until it is all wilted. Immediately remove from heat and serve. The whole package of spinach will cook down in 1-2 minutes or less.
