Sausage Jambalya

Sausage Jambalya

  • !/2 to 1 cup bell pepper
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of Lea & Pearons
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 2 pounds of smoked sausage
  • 2 pounds of smoked sausage
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups rice
  • bacon drippings
  • few cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 cup(s) onion diced


In frypan , add onion , bell pepper garlic, and parsley with bacopn drippings and fry for a while. Add sausage and let cook. Add rice, wine and tomatoe sauce, and enough water to cover. Add steak sauce and hot sauce. Let cook until almost all water is gone. Thne lower heat and let simmer covered.
