Salsa de Baja

Mexican salsa we learned to cook at Club Cascadas de Baja in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 onion (meduim) chopped
  • 3 limes juiced
  • 2 serrano chilies
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Tortilla chips

Preparation

Chop the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and the serrano chilies and mix everything in a bowl. Add the lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
