Oatmeal banana shake

Oatmeal banana shake

I believe breakfast is an important meal of the day. On days that I'm short on time I love making this delicious breakfast shake. I use almond milk or fat free milk. On occasion I'll throw in about 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for protein.

  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 whole(s) banana fresh
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) raw oatmeal
  • ice
  • splenda optional

Preparation

In a blender combine all ingredients and blend. Enjoy!
