JoAnn's Pickled Beets

  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans sliced or diced beets Drained
  • 1 Quart jar with lid

Preparation

Boil for 1 minute:

3/4. Cup vinegar

1 1/4. Cup sugar

Pinch of salt

Pour over drained beets in jar and add 1 tablespoon whole cloves.

Refrigerate for 2 days before eating.
