Heat oil in wok and saute the grounded mashed spices for 2-3 mintues to release the falvors. Add coconut milk and tamarind skin, lemon grass flaked fish, and kerisik. Boil then reduce heat to simmer an additional 10-minutes adding seasoning, salt, sugar to taste. This is a sweet dish so more is better, but Asians doesn't like it too sweet. Serve in bowls over Spaghetti-noodles_Mee. Garnish with toppings, Shrimp, Cucumber, Onion, Lime,bean spouts, mint leaves, sliced chilies, extra Kerisik or slices of green-onion stalk.
