In 5 qt Dutch oven, heat oil. Brown pork chunks & onion. Then add ham, garlic, bell pepper, green onion , parsley, thyme, bay leaves, & cloves. Stir well for 5 minutes. Add sausage, beef broth , rice, salt red & black pepper, and Chili powder, Mix well & bring to a boil. Use less heat & let simmer, with cover on pot for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. It's ready when rice is done.
