Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box(es) Pillsbury Yellow Cake mix
  • 3 Bananas mashed
  • 15 oz can(s) Crushed Pineapple with juice
  • 1 cup(s) Pecans chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Baking soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup(s) Sour cream

Preparation

Mix all wet ingredients together. Add cake mix and baking soda. Mix until all ingredients are wet plus an additional minute. Use ice cream scooper to drop mixture into cupcake papers.

Bake @ 350 for 20 min.
