Greek Inspired Smoked Ribs

  • applewood chips
  • coriander
  • smoked paprika
  • garlic salt
  • oregano
  • 1 fresh lemon juice onto ribs
  • salt
  • 1 rack(s) baby back ribs
  • 1 clove(s) garlic smashed
  • 1 red onion roughly cut
  • 1 fresh oregano whole small handfull
  • 1/2 cup(s) red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) honey


soak applewood chips

wrap in foil and poke holes. place on low heat grill (about 250, 275 degrees)

Mix spices

Squeeze lemon juice onto ribs

Salt the ribs

sprinkle spices on ribs


flip and repeat

place ribs in foil, wrap with space, and place on cool side of the grill. about 2 hours

in a bowl, mix in:

smashed garlic

red onion


red wine vinegar


open foil and pour glaze over

close again and leave for 30 minutes more

pull ribs off and let rest 5 minutes

cut 2 lemons in half, and place cut side down on hot side of grill

take ribs out of foil, and put on hot side of grill, meat side down for another 5 minutes.

take off grill.

sprinkle olive oil over, oregano leave, and squeeze lemon over ribs
