Fresh Salsa

Fresh Salsa (almost as good as Marks)

  • Yield: 10 servings
  • Prep time: 1 Hour, 30 Minutes


  • 6 jalapeno peppers finely diced
  • 15 Roma tomatoes finely diced
  • 5 clove(s) garlic pressed
  • 1 cup sweet onion finely diced
  • 3/4 cup(s) cilantro chopped fresh
  • 2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
  • 2 can(s) whole kernel sweet corn 14 oz drained
  • c can(s) black beans 14 oz drained


Dice tomato's and onions and mix in large non metalic bowl Dice jalapeno peppers and add to mix. Remove seeds of peppers as needed to reduce heat and (I leave seeds of two peppers)

Peel and press garlic cloves and add to mix

Add chopped cilantro leaves

Add corn, beans, salt and lime juice to bowl

Mix well and cover and refridgerate for at least 1 hour
