Bake Sweet Potatoes at 350 until soft (not mushy). Peel after baking
Combine butter, water, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in skillet - Bring to Boil.
Add Sliced potatoes to coat with syrup. Place in baking dish-pour leftover syrup over potatoes. Add marshmellow on top last 10-15 minutes until browned.
Can make ahead and heat to serve.
