Brie with apricots

Ingredients

  • 6 Dried apricots
  • Apricot brandy
  • 4 ounce(s) Apricot jam
  • 1 loaf(s) French bread baquette
  • 1 container(s) Brie

Preparation

simmer dried apricot halves in brandy to rehydrate and soften, add apricot jam. Warm Brie in microwave just to warm and make soft. Pour apricot mixture over Brie. Serve with small rounds of French baquette, either thinly sliced or with toasted French bread rounds, can also be served with waverly wafers.
