Blender hollandaise sauce

For eggs Benedict

  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) butter

Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in blender for 5 seconds. Melt butter and add slowly through top of blender while on high speed. Keep warm until meal ready. Can put in warm water.

*add more hot sauce than recipe calls for
