Baked Eggs with fresh herbs

Makes 6 servings

Whisk:

10 egss

1/14 c. milk

2 T. fresh chives

2 T. minced fresh parsley

1 t. black pepper

1 t. dry mustard

1/2 t. salt

Pour:

6 T. unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375. Coat 7x11 in. baking pan with cooking spray.

Whisk egg ingredients together. Pour melted butter into prepared dish; add egg mixture. Bake eggs 15 minutes , stir, then bake 15 min. more until set. Remove eggs from oven; let cool slightly before cutting into squares. Serve eggs between biscuits. Can also serve with salsa.
