great dish! am a huge gyro fan but those aren't so healthy :-( has great flavors - would add a little heat next time.

We made a classic Greek sauce of creamy yogurt and cucumber for the base of this tangy salad. Serve with Mixed Greens Salad.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 3/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cucumber, seeded and shredded
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups shredded skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breast
- 3 ounces multigrain pita chips
- Mixed Greens Salad
Preparation
- 1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add chicken; toss to coat. Serve with pita chips.
