Two-Potato Gratin

Mmmm, these were so good! Made them exactly as directed, and they were easy and turned out wonderfully. I served them at a pre-Christmas dinner party as a side for lamb chops. Perfect! The recipe made plenty for my party of 8.

This is a wonderful combination - a little bit of sweet with the sweet potatoes, and not too overly au gratin! Just the right amount of spices, my kids love it.

I made these for Christmas and New Year's! They turned out amazing! Followed the recipe exactly and everyone had seconds!
