- Fresh green beans, cut
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Whole grain mustard
- Sherry vinegar
- Olive oil
- Toasted sliced almonds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Steam green beans. Toss beans and chickpeas with onion, mustard, sherry vinegar, and olive oil. Sprinkle with almonds. Toss and season with salt and pepper.
