Two-Bean Toss

Ingredients

Fresh green beans, cut
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Red onion, thinly sliced
Whole grain mustard
Sherry vinegar
Olive oil
Toasted sliced almonds
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Steam green beans. Toss beans and chickpeas with onion, mustard, sherry vinegar, and olive oil. Sprinkle with almonds. Toss and season with salt and pepper.
