- 1 cauliflower head
- 4 ounce(s) low fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) low fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup(s) parmesan
- 6 slice(s) bacon
- 1 cup(s) red fat shred cheddar
- optional minced green onion
- steam cauliflower. preheat oven to 350. use potato masher and add cream cheese, sour cream, bacon and mix. spread into casserole dish sprinkle top with cheddar and remaining bacon
