Very easy, very good. Made to recipe except added 1tbs chopped fresh rosemary and marinated the pork for about an hour while we prepped the rest of dinner. Served with bitter greens salad, the recommended Swiss chard and (thanks so much for the tip, Whygal) CL's creamy parmesan orzo. Beautiful presentation and great flavors

Another great recipe for pork from Cooking Light! Made the recipe exactly as written but put the marinade on 1 hour before grilling. In addition to the peppers, I also grilled some fresh pineapple I had. Creamy Parmesan Orzo (another cooking light recipe) made a great side dish. Extremely easy and good!!

Excellent and easy! I doubled the recipe and added zucchini to the skewers. Broiled instead of grilled. Left-overs are great for a breakfast scramble.

Yum!! Quick and easy, the hubbie raved and even the kids loved it. I added zucchini to the kebabs and served with sauteed spinach. Will most definitely make again!

Extremely good! Had to do them on the George Forman as we got some rain last night. Very moist and great flavor. We will definitely be having this again!

My husband and I enjoyed these. This was very simple and easy to make. I cut the recipe in half and, instead of using a whole pork tenderloin, I used a thicker boneless pork chop. I also added pineapple on the skewers. I served with boxed couscous and green salad.

This was great. They were so flavorful and so easy. I used pork tenderloin that I had cut into medallions so all I had to do was just cut them into fourths and put them on the skewers along with fresh mushrooms and home grown red bell peppers. I have added this recipe to my file because I will be making these again.

Very good. I added some red onion along with the peppers. Next time I'll add some mushrooms and zucchini to the kebabs. Served with roasted garlic couscous. Quick and easy.

These kabobs are great. We have also used the oil mixture on pork chops and boneless chicken breasts. Delicious! Will use regularly.

Fantastic recipe. We have tried the marinade on shrimp, scallops & chicken as well and all are delicious. I make some variation of this recipe at least twice a month especially on those nights when I'm pressed for time. Quick, easy and tastes awesome!

My husband and I both really enjoyed this - I just added to my Recipe File box and definitely will be making it again -- next time I will include pineapple on the kebabs!

A nice easy pork recipe with lots of flavor! The grill was out of gas so I broiled them and I used whole mini peppers instead of slicing up large ones. I will definitely be making this again!

Simple but great flavor! I served with grilled skewers of thick sliced zucchini and mushrooms.

Loved this pork recipe! So simple and quick, and tastes fabulous! Looking at the ingredients, the marinade doesn't look like much. The flavor is wonderful! Minced the garlic and used lemon juice, and still was stellar. Peppers were perfect. Love using our grill in the summer.
